It’s simple, really. Commit to practicing mindfulness 1 hour each day for a year. That’s it. You don’t have to tell anyone about it if you choose not to…BUT we’d be happy to accept you into our community as we are all striving towards the same goal.
Our goal is to build a community of 144,000 bright souls dedicated to bringing more mindfulness into their lives and into the world.

Feel free to join the group early and start connecting with other like-minded people.

The challenge has a no-cost option that includes a Facebook group with daily reminders for you to practice an hour of mindfulness. There is also going to be a premium upgrade to the challenge that includes daily emails, points for various activities and completing your daily mindfulness, virtual meetups for meditation and relationship building, and chances to win prizes throughout the year-long contest. We are looking for sponsors as well as participants for the premium community.
