Discover all of the tools you need to develop an impermeable healing mindset strong enough to face any challenge.  Join us for this 3 week workshop where we share what has helped us get to where we are and highlighting the mistakes we made along the way so you can see what to look out for.  Healing is definitely not a linear journey, but fostering a strong mindset to embrace healing is a catalyst that can help you get through any struggle that comes your way quicker and easier.

This 3 week workshop includes 3 live classes on done on Zoom.   These calls take place on Tuesday evenings at 7pm Central starting August 8th.  There is also a Facebook group that is going to be set up for support as we go through the practice.  Each week is going to offer exercises for you to put into use because you aren’t going to develop this mindset simply by reading about it or hearing it.  Between the group and calls, you have ample opportunity to ask questions and share your experience with working with the tools we share with you.
