It’s disheartening to see that most people that are sharing tips on healing miss the very first and most important aspect about healing. Many will focus in on diet and supplements as the key. Others will have a cabinet full of ointments, clays, essential oils, herbs, and more that they call upon to treat whatever dis-ease or symptoms are evident. Or even worse, you just do a web search of symptoms and the only options that show up are big pharma approved methods that will not heal you.
I know all healers and lightworkers mean well, they are all doing the best they can at their current level of awareness. I was there too, so I empathize with everyone who doesn’t know what they don’t know. I don’t know what I don’t know either, but when I do raise my awareness to the truth of a matter, I feel called to share so that may help those that are seeking the truthful answer to their problems and questions.
This topic is one I have explored extensively as I have made healing my lifestyle. Depression was the catalyst that started me on this journey, and the desire to be in optimal health in mind and body is what drives me to keep on going. Recently I had an experience with a kidney stone that helped me to accept the truth about the most important aspect of healing.
What do you feel is the most important thing to know when it comes to healing?
If you said food, a lot of people would agree with you. I see post after post and vlog about how important food is to maintain your physical, mental, and emotional health. It is important, absolutely, but when we look at our needs we see there are more urgent things are bodies require. Namely water and oxygen. But even these are not the most important. They are all still vital, however, so don’t think I’m minimalizing them. There is just one aspect that we’ve forgotten that can keep you sick even if you seem to be doing everything else right.
The most important thing is actually your mindset. It can either be aligned with the truth or be holding onto some limiting belief that keeps dis-ease of some form a part of your experience. Oftentimes these limiting beliefs have been there since a very young age. We absorb what our family says about health and we see a lot on tv or in the media. These beliefs can range from you have to see a doctor in order to get help to just do nothing as it will eventually pass. Whatever the beliefs are, they are most certainly not in harmony with the truth.
So what is the truth?
The truth is that you are an amazing healer. Your body is designed to repair itself at your command, and when you call upon your higher self…your true self…healing is a matter of when, not it. The body and mind only appear to struggle because of the false beliefs you are holding onto. The more serious the dis-ease, the more erroneous ideas you have in your subconscious. If you are completely open to letting go of all attachments you may have, healing can happen instantaneously. This isn’t often the case as our egos can be quite stubborn, so the process of healing may take some time.
The thing to know, and the mindset to have, is that you will heal. There is no doubt in this if you set your determination to making this happen. This determined outlook is key to make sure that you don’t quit along the way. If your diet has consisted of mostly fried and processed foods, you know that it must change. The cravings are going to test you, but if you have complete trust in your body and mind healing, you will help it any way you can.
Love your mind and body
The greatest help you can give to the healing process is to love your mind and body. Know that it is an amazing machine that has been created to heal itself. When I was experiencing the kidney stone, I felt this love for my body and knew it would take care of the issue. I didn’t care how, I just saw that it would be done. I was tested by the pain, but it did go away after a few hours. Loriel and I each did energy healing and we called upon the Healing Light to assist us. There was no more pain involved with the passing of this stone.
Loving your mind and body is not just saying the words, “I love my body. I love my mind.” Love is something you feel. If you don’t feel love for your body, know that this is connected with the dis-ease that you may be experiencing. There are false beliefs you have about your mind, body, and everything that goes with it if you struggle to feel love for your mind and body. Practice loving it anyway, and the limiting beliefs will start to show up. Let them go and the feeling of love becomes stronger. The healing also quickens as the love you feel towards self deepens.

Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn’t do than by the ones you did do.
